For your convenience, please reference our return policy should you have any questions.

We strive to offer the best in customer support when it comes to returns. Our Current return policy offers 30 days at receipt of purchase to return items. Items must be in good condition, unworn, and with purchase receipt.

Items damaged at/on receipt of order should be brought to our attention immediately. Please include your purchase receipts as well as photos of damaged item(s) in your email.

Response typically takes 24-48 hours.

Items such as swimwear and undergarments are final sale due to hygiene concerns.

 What Items are and aren't returnable?

  For your convenience we accept returns of all clothing products, with the exception of swimwear and undergarments for hygiene reasons. All returns must be in good condition and undamaged, with the exclusion of items found damaged at time of receipt.

What happens if one or more of my items is damaged?

  • If you have received damaged goods, please contact us immediately with a copy of your purchase receipt and photos of the damaged items. Once we have established contact with you and examined your items, we will issue you a return shipping slip. A refund will be issued after.

Why is there a different address on the return slip?

  • Like any retailer, our products are manufactured elsewhere and shipped from these locations. When a return is requested the address listed is ChicFreakZ Boutiques address, this way the returned item comes to us rather than the manufacturer.

How long does it take to process a return?

  • Depending on the reason for a return, they can be fully processed in 1-2 days, however, some banks have added processing times (1-3 days) before a return is deposited.

How long do I have to return an item?

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Does ChicFreakZ offer exchange?

  • No, at this time we are solely based online and are not equip to offer product exchanges.

What is a partial refund?

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Can I dispute a decision regarding my return?

  • If you feel there is an issue with our decision, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to go over the terms of the decision with you.
