Currently ChicFreakZ offers global shipping with a few exclusions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

Shipping exclusions include:

-Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

 

Shipping to the USA 1-2 weeks on average

Shipping to Canada 2-3 weeks or less (rural areas may take

longer).

International shipping 10-21 business days average. Some

orders may take longer due to distance and handling

protocols.

Where does ChicFreakZ ship?

Currently we offer global shipping, areas of exclusion due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations include: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

What do you charge for shipping?

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based upon standard rates for shipping curriers. i.e Canada Post, UPS, USPS, Fedex etc.

What is the protocol for lost or damaged packages?

  • Our protocol for lost and stolen packages is simple, contact us with a copy of your purchase receipt, the sooner the better. We will investigate the mistake and in most, (not all), cases we will either offer a refund for the lost items, or resend your items.

 

*Please note we take fraud very seriously and if a request has been determined to be fraudulent, appropriate legal actions will be pursued.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes! To qualify for our awesome free shipping offer your order must exceed $100 at time of checkout. If you qualify, free shipping will automatically be added at checkout for your convenience.

How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping to the USA 1-2 weeks on average

    Shipping to Canada 2-3 weeks or less

What should I do if I discover an error in my address, after I've ordered?

  • If it you've notice an error in your address after just ordering, contact us as we may be able to correct the error within the necessary time frame.

  • If you've noticed some time after the fact, it is unfortunately out of our hands at that point as shipping carriers cannot be reached to resolve these errors. In this event, should the order be returned to us, or our manufacturer we would refund you the order amount. If not, we cannot be held responsible for customer error.

What happens if my order was shipped to the wrong address?

  • There are a number of reasons this happens, human error, computer error, and currier error. If your package has been sent to the wrong address, please contact us with a copy of your receipt. While we can't guarantee resolution we will do everything we can to resolve the error.

  • *While we strive to accommodate our customers needs, this is another issue that unless found at fault we cannot be held responsible.

What do I do if I want to send my order to a different address?

  • Easy, if you have an account with us simply select the USER icon top-right, login to your account if needed. From there you can add another address to use, which you then select at checkout, or fill in at time of checkout. If you don't have an account, no problem, simply enter the address you wish your order to arrive at, at time of checkout.
